Pretty/Handsome is a drama about a transsexual gynecologist that tracks the metamorphosis of the lead character from married man to woman, through his/her eyes and that of his/her two teenage sons from the creator of Nip/Tuck, Ryan Murphy. The show was originally titled “4oz.”. Creator Ryan Murphy says the original title refers to the average weight of a man’s penis. The show is produced by 20th Century Fox Television and Plan B Entertainment.
