  1. Vietfiles.org is an interactive community dedicated to Vietnamese entertainment culture with a search engine feature that indexes information where certain data can be found (e.g. Google). The data in question, movies or other media, is not hosted on Vietfiles.org server, and it is not possible to download any media (such as movies) from the server. In other words, Vietfiles.org is a collection of links (in the form of .torrent files) that individual users share with each other, these links point to places on the Internet where certain media can be found. The exchange of data is entirely between the users, and the Vietfiles.org server does not engage in any hosting or relaying of said data.

  2. Vietfiles.org does not condone any type of copyright infringing activity, but do encourage copyright owners to share their work with the community if they please. If you have authored a work such as a movie or music album, or if you have obtained the permission of the author to share the work you are welcome to upload your link, and share it with the rest of the community. Works that a part of the public domain are also welcome, any other type of media is not allowed on here, and if you wish to share material which you do not have the rights to - this is not the site for you. Since Vietfiles.org is just a platform for our users, it is the responsibility of our users to adhere to these rules and their local laws. Vietfiles.org will do our best to enforce these terms and rules, but cannot be held accountable for something an individual user does. We trust fully that our users will respect both our rules and their local laws.

  3. If you do not intend to be legally bound by these terms and conditions along with our *Torrent Rules*, do not access or use this website.
