Hey Tai, are you ITIL certified? We can use the forum as a form of incident tracker or service request tracker.

So we're looking at a possible "Viet Files Help Desk" of sorts. I like the idea. I'm sure there would be other contributers, but oh dear, it would be like bringing work home.

just a suggestion from nunu,could computer problems and solutions be posted in Help - Giúp Đỡ,in forum section,call it computer help,,,post a problem,with the name of your computer and your specs,the description of your problem in exact detail,it should only be computer problems,
then if any other members had the same problems,they can add there solution on how to,
like me,if i had a problem with iso files,and cant figure out how to make that into dvd,took me awhile to figure that one out,but i did alot of research and talking with other members,

nunu, thanks for your suggestion but I want a separate section for general computer help not just issues that is related to this forum. Issues with stuff like movies, ISOs, or any how tos can go into help.

For example, the giup do section can have people asking "How do I split these files into many parts?" or "how do I upload to megaupload?"

Help Desk section is for questions such as "My sound does not work since yesterday. I don't know why, it was working fine yesterday but now I can not hear anything" or "My wireless does not connect to my router any more, it will not detect any networks around my area".

Another reason I want a separate section is that I can easily find issues that are for my expertise. I don't want to open up and read every topic to find that it is something simple as creating ISO. I'm more of a computer technical support/advice more than teach you how to do things because you don't know how to do it.
