Hey, VF, I went to my cousin's wedding yesterday. The wedding was a traditional Christian wedding. I'm not the same religion so I couldn't have mine in a chapel like he did nor do I want to. Then I realized that because I am mostly attracted to Vietnamese boys I started to wonder: How are Vietnamese weddings performed? Is it the same or different? I don't know much about religions as I am not religious but I'm sure there are differences in that. Also the wedding dinner or reception, how do those work? I was just curious and I can't ask my cousin because we are never online at the same time since she lives in Vietnam and I live here in Chicago. Thank you if you can explain the process and traditions!

That's a really hard subject...
first you have a dam hoi or something...
The bridegroom and his friends go bring food and presents to the bride her house and her parents or something like that (to ask permission of the bride's mom) And then they do that the same at the bridegroom....
Then they will have ancestor ceremony.
