Get Satin Lips from Mary Kay Cosmetics. First, you do the Satin Lips Mask just for your lips, which removes the dry stuff, then use the Satin Lips Lip Balm, and woo-wee! your lips will be nice and moist.

Well first of all, make sure you're properly hydrated. A lot of times, that's half the problem.

Anyway, I recommend Burt's Bees. I have a nasty little habit of peeling the skin on my lips and when I use that stuff, the skin on my lips heals very quickly and there's nothing to peel.

If you're allergic to lanolin or are vegan, I've heard good things about ChopSaver which is a lip balm that brass instrument players use.

Moisture Therapy from AVON--cheap cheap cheap but the best I've found. No scents or flavors ,doesn't sting, just moisturizes and stays on. Both in stick form for convenience and a potted ointment.

I use blistex and lip medex which is a blistex product. It works well and doesn't have that perfumey flavor like the carmex or some chapsticks. It has a cool menthol tingle to it.

Satin lips is the best stuff out there. The lip mask is the only thing that keeps my lips smooth and gets rid of all those little lip peelings. Also try to keep a tube of gloss everywhere that is easliy accessable so u dont feel the need to lick your lips as much.
