So many BIG names on the list there... Cheese ! Xeni made it really hard for me, why only one ? Besides, I have favorites in different categories such as admin, mod, upload, hardest VF contributer,... not mentioning male and female too 
I suggest 2 prices:
1) VF's MVP (Most Valuable Promoter). This is the staff who contributes the most to VF site. The MVP definitely deserves an award from VF's boss.
2) Most Friendly Staff. This is the staff who everyone wants to be around with. A "T-shirt with VF logo" or something similar would be good.
I have a name in mind for each
